Drone Warranty

1. Warranty Period

Qaoniedrone warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the original date of purchase.

2. What is Covered

During the warranty period, if your Qaoniedrone product fails to function properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our option:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of the same model or one of equal value.

3. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Accidents and Misuse: Crashes, collisions, water damage, or flying in adverse weather conditions.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the drone or its components by anyone not authorized by Qaoniedrone.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, or damage to propellers and batteries caused by regular use.
  • Improper Use: Failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@qaoniedrone.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos demonstrating the defect.

Once your claim is verified, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the repair or replacement.

5. Shipping and Handling Fees

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and handling fees associated with the repair or replacement of products and accessories. This includes the cost of shipping the defective item to our service center, as well as any return shipping and handling charges.
